Terms and Conditions

Carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the Innolens mobile application (hereinafter collectively, the Innolens application run by Innolens Media and Broadcasting Private Limited, having its registered office at # 460, 3rd Floor, CS Tower, 17th Cross, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bangalore – 560102 on any compatible device and/or before using any services offered by Innolens application which may include services such as recharge or bill payment, or any other service that may be offered, it is made clear that these terms and conditions shall apply to all Innolens Services, whether offered by Innolens Media or its affiliates.

  • By downloading ,registering on, accessing, browsing or using the Innolens application for the purpose of using any Innolens service, if at any time you do not accept or agree with any of the T&Cs or do not wish to be bound by the T&Cs, you may not access, browse or use the Innolens application and immediately terminate your availing the Innolens Services. Accepting or agreeing to the T&Cs will constitute a legal contract between you, being at least 18 years of age and an individual user of the Innolens application or a customer or beneficiary of the Innolens application, and Innolens Media. All services are rendered by the Innolens application under the brand name “Innolens” (or any derivatives or variations thereof). All the rights, benefits, liabilities, and obligations under the T&Cs shall benefit Innolens Media.
  • The terms and conditions may be amended at our discretion, and users are advised to read them before accessing the app.
  • You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or distort your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. In the event of any violation of the T&Cs, Innolens reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop you from availing Innolens services or using the Innolens application.
  • Other terms and conditions apply for you to avail specific Innolens services and to specific portions or features of the Innolens application, including offers, promotions, or other similar features, all which terms are made a part of these T&Cs by this reference. You accept to follow other terms and conditions.
  • Innolens may make changes to any Innolens services offered on the Innolens application, or to the applicable terms and conditions for any such Innolens services, at any time, without notice. The content on the Innolens application with respect to the Innolens services may be out of date, and Innolens makes no commitment to update the contents timely on the Innolens application with respect to such Innolens services. You accept to read the Terms and Conditions from time to time and to check for any updates made to the same.
  • Innolens may send alerts to the mobile phone number provided by you while registering with the Innolens application or on any updated mobile number subsequently provided by you on the Innolens application, or via e-mail or push notifications. The alerts will be received in case of SMS, only if the mobile phone is in ‘On’ mode to receive the SMS, in case of e-mail, only if the e-mail servers and e-mail IDs are functional, and in case of push notifications, if the user has enabled the receipt of push notifications. If the mobile phone is in ‘Off’ mode or if the e-mail servers or IDs are not functional or if the push-notifications feature has been turned off, then you may not get the alert at all or get delayed messages.
  • Innolens will make best possible efforts to send alerts via SMS/e-mail/push notifications while you use the Innolens application or availing any Innolens services. Innolens shall not be held responsible to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. You cannot hold Innolens responsible for non-availability of the SMS/email alert/push notifications service.
  • You permit Innolens to contact you and communicate with you for any Innolens service or Offer(s). Innolens may use third party service providers to send alerts or communicate with you. You permit Innolens and Innolens entities to override the DND settings to reach out to you over calls, SMS, e-mails, and any other mode of communication.
  • The SMS/e-mail alert/push notification service provided by Innolens is an additional facility provided for your benefit and that it may be prone to error, omission and/or inaccuracy.
  • The SMS/e-mail alert/push notification service depend on many factors including the infrastructure and connectivity of the service provider. Innolens shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery, or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.
  • You will indemnify and hold Innolens harmless and the SMS/e-mail service provider including its officials if any of the following occurs:
    • misuse by you or improper or fraudulent information provided by you;
    • incorrect number or a number that belongs to an unrelated third party provided by you;
  • You accept that except for information, products or services clearly indicated as being supplied by Innolens, we do not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on the internet in anyway. You also understand that Innolens cannot and does not guarantee that files available for download through the Innolens application will be free of viruses, other external code that may be destructive.
  • Innolens implements secure encryption protocols to ensure that sensitive information is made secure during transit.
  • The interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Innolens services and the Innolens application are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws.
